Sales and Support Engineer

Job Description:

As an Aurora Feint Sales and Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working with our player and developer network to better understand and troubleshoot the OpenFeint platform. In addition to a role as a platform evangelist to the developer community, you will operate cross-functionally with sales and engineering to contribute to the evolution of the OpenFeint platform by translating developer and player requests into appropriate product features.

  • Provide technical sales support for all OpenFeint developers and players, prioritizing and escalating issues to engineering as necessary.
  • Create documentation to provide education and inspiration for the OpenFeint developer community.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to deliver best-in-class OpenFeint integrations.
  • Work with engineering and business development teams on product roadmaps to address developer and player support and integration issues.

Promotions Manager

As the Promotions Manager, your primary mission will be to develop and manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns to increase player engagement, drive player growth, and improve adoption of the OpenFeint platform among game developers. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the marketing calendar, including researching and recommending new advertising channels and evaluating and recommending conferences.

Qualifications:

Developer Relations Manager

The Developer Relations Manager is responsible for evangelizing the OpenFeint platform with independent game developers on the iPhone, as well as moving those studios from awareness of the platform to integration. The position also involves product marketing support, and general developer relations and marketing tasks.
