Marketing Program Manager

Job Description:

As the Program Manager your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and report on marketing programs that help improve player engagement and create loyalty to the OpenFeint social gaming network. You will help build the OpenFeint player community through regular and effective communication (i.e., newsletters, Twitter campaigns, Facebook posts), innovative player contests, and live events. In addition, you will also evaluate the effectiveness of these programs through focused research and data driven analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years demonstrated work experience (Preference given for marketing experience, with bonus points given for analytical background.)
  • Excellent academic credentials (Bachelor's degree from top tier university and a 3.5+ GPA.)

Developer Relations / Sales Associate

Job Description:

You will be responsible for identifying, outreaching to, and getting the best game developers onto the OpenFeint platform. Additionally, your job will be to play and review games! We will depend on you to grow developer relationships by understanding our developers business goals, building service-based relationships with them, and advocating on their behalf inside the company. Finally, you will work closely with the Marketing team to support and inform outreach programs.

  • 1-3 years demonstrated work experience (Preference given for sales, account management, business development experience)

Web Developer - Front-End

Job Description:

As an Aurora Feint web developer you will be responsible for the front-end development of our web properties and our other super-secret technologies that use web languages. You will work closely with the Engineering and Design teams to build and maintain web pages viewed by millions of players who may never know that it was you who did it all.

Required Skills:

  • 5-7+ years experience writing clean, standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS
  • 3-5+ years experience using Javascript
  • 1-2+ years using jQuery and/or Prototype javascript frameworks
  • Familiarity with 960.gs or other CSS grid frameworks
  • Staying up to date on emerging web technologies

The Aurora Feint Operations Guru reports to the VP of Operations and works with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to affect positive changes in product and policy from concept to execution, from developing the product spec to pulling information from the database to measure performance.

  • Provide support for all OpenFeint developers and players, prioritizing and escalating issues to engineering as necessary
  • Develop product performance reports pulled from our data repository and support queues
  • Report and resolve inefficiencies in product, policy, and work flow
  • Be the voice of the users and developers

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in written customer support
